Chef Christian Page’s appreciation for fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and down to earth culinary values stemmed from his Connecticut roots nurtured early on in his family’s home garden. Christian honed his culinary talents under Nancy Silverton and Amy Pressman at Short Order in Los Angeles, and his business skills while working for Bill Chait working on projects such as Petty Cash and Bestia. Currently Christian is the chef and owner of Cassell’s Hamburgers where he has revived a Los Angeles classic hamburger stand into full-service full-liquor diner concept, including a renowned pie program by Christian’s talented wife, Chef Elia Aboumrad.

Chef Elia Aboumrad

Born in Mexico City, Chef Elia Aboumrad earned culinary degrees for 34 courses at Ecole Lenôtre in Paris. She went on to become Joël Robuchon's first female sous chef, later appearing on Bravo's 'Top Chef' competition as a final four contestant. After opening a number of successful restaurants – including Robuchon’s MGM Grand restaurant in Las Vegas, and GORGE in West Hollywood – she now works as the gifted pastry chef at Cassell’s Hamburgers!

A Los Angeles native, Chef Dante Gonzales is the creative genius behind the Dante Fried Chicken web series, the Ride or Fry pop up food truck, and the internationally distributed Ride or Fry cookbook, which features 100 of his most unique recipes. After garnering great success and drawing LA buzz, Chef Dante opened his own boutique catering company, located right at Hotel Normandie. He continues to specialize in full-service catering and event production.
